Lựa chọn thuốc bổ và thực phẩm chức năng trong phòng và chữa bệnh

Các bạn hay bị đau đầu,đau cơ, đau bụng, đau bụng kinh.
Một phần của nguyên nhân đau đó.- Đau do tăng co thắt: đau bụng kinh, đau bụng do hệ tiêu hóa, hệ tiết niệu.
- Đau do căng cơ: nằm sai tư thế gây đau do căng cơ, đau đầu do căng cơ: cơ cổ và cơ vai gáy có thể gây đau diện rộng trên đầu. Căng cơ thái dương gây đau đầu vùng thái dương, trán. 
Thường khi đau vùng thái dương ta hay dán cao, xoa, day xung quanh thái dương, mục đích giảm căng cơ.
Với những cơn đau kiểu này sẽ rất hiệu quả khi ta thư giãn, mát xa hay xoa bóp.
-  Chuột rút là một kiểu căng cơ mạnh do thiếu khoáng chất. 
Bác sĩ hay kê những thuốc giảm đau: 
+ Paracetamol, NSAID, 
+ và một số thuốc giảm có thắt, căng cơ: nospa, buscopan cho đau bụng, tiêu hóa;
+ Coltramyl, decontractyl và một số thuốc giảm đau khác.
chườm nóng, matxa có tác dụng tốt với đau do căng cơ.
Không chườm nóng với trường hợp đau bụng kinh, đặc biệt là mấy ngày đầu của ngày kinh. Chườm nóng có thể làm giãn mạch, chảy máu mạnh hơn. Thường chị em đến kỳ kinh hay đau bụng là bình thường. 
Nếu khó chịu thì có thể uống giảm đau paracetamol hoặc giảm đau NSAID khác, 
Có thể uống giảm co thắt kiểu Nospa, buscopan nữa.  

Hữu hiệu nhất là bạn gái nên bổ sung Mange B6 và vitamin 3B đều đều trong một thời gian dài. 

Magne giúp giãn cơ tự nhiên, là ion trong một số enzym, là  kim loại chất phổ biến trong cơ thể. Nên bổ sung lâu dài sẽ khá an toàn; giúp giảm những cơn đau do co thắt, căng cơ, và cả giảm đau đầu do căng cơ nữa.
Vitamin B1, B6, B12 là những vitamin tốt cho chuyển hóa, tốt cho các liên kết thần kinh. Có những trường hợp đau nặng, nhiều mà không rõ nguyên nhân. Các phòng khám ngày trước hay khuyên tiêm H5, thực ra thuốc H5 là thuốc chứa 3 vitamin B1, B6, B12. Vitamin này tan trong nước nên nếu thừa có thể được thải qua nước tiểu, rẻ, hiệu quả và an toàn. Lưu ý chống chỉ định của thuốc khi dùng. 
Ngoài ra còn có các vitamin khác: rẻ, hiệu quả có nhiều trong thực phẩm với những tác dụng quý như A, C, D, E, H... Vitamin = vital (thiết yếu) và Min (lượng nhỏ). 
Các thực phẩm chức năng hay đánh lừa cho vitamin C, B, Kẽm.. vào sản phẩm chức năng đó. Là dược sĩ tôi hiểu, khi quảng cáo thực phẩm chức năng thì không phải đăng ký tác dụng, còn tác dụng thật sự khi dùng sản phẩm là do vitamin và khoáng chất hay thực phẩm mà họ quảng cáo. Cá nhân dược sĩ luôn hiểu vai trò quý của các vitamin này. Còn nhà quảng cáo thì biết vai trò của cài thông tin.
Các cụ ở quê lâu lâu đi khám sức khỏe định kỳ, hay thấy mệt mỏi bác sĩ hay kê cho thuốc bổ ( thuốc bổ là thuốc bổ sung đăng ký dưới dạng thuốc có số đăng ký thường bắt đầu với V, hay VN... và phải chứng minh tác dụng y học khi đăng ký, hàm lượng cao và bị quản lý bởi giá: nên rất rất rẻ và có tác dụng khá hiệu quả). Không lạ khi ta thấy các cụ mang về toàn viên nang vitamin, viên nang này giá trúng thầu ở bệnh viện cực thấp: thường vài trăm đồng hay vài ngàn đồng/vỉ. Và thường các cụ uống song có thấy tác dụng.
Chắc bạn vẫn nhớ những tên: Philatop, Viên đạm, viên ngọt ngọt, siro thuốc bổ, .... hãy kiểm tra xem chúng đăng ký là gì và tác dụng ra sao nhé.
Lưu ý là thuốc bổ thì vẫn được kê đơn, có tác dụng phải đăng ký và giá rẻ. Còn thực phẩm chức năng hay TPCN không được kê trên đơn thuốc, giá trên trời ( và trong đó có trộn chất họ nghĩ với các vitamin, khoáng chất thiết yếu).
Magne và canxi là chất bổ sung quan trọng trong đau do chuột rút. Phụ nữ mang thai hay bị chuột rút do thiếu Canxi là chủ yếu. 
Nên cá nhân là dược sĩ, khi vợ tôi mang bầu hai bé, tôi vẫn dùng cho vợ mua thuốc bổ sung Obimin với giá 2k/viên (60k/hộp thay vì các hàng xách tay (xách tay là từ khác của lậu hay trốn thuế, không bị quản lý, đăng ký chất lượng), hay thực phẩm chức năng đắt tiền. Bố mẹ việt thích bầu thì béo, học cách chăm con hay sinh hoạt của Nhật, ta quên bố mẹ họ không thích bầu béo, con quá béo (ảnh hưởng lên tim mạch) và họ hiếm khi dùng thuốc bổ (họ nghĩ đó là hóa chất). Họ chỉ dùng khi ăn không đủ, và dùng lượng hợp lý cho khoáng chất, vitamin chứ hiếm dùng để cho những tác dụng không có kiểm chứng. Họ hạn chế dùng hóa chất là vậy. Và điều này áp dụng cả chăm cho con nữa. 
Bé nào càng được chăm, càng nghiêm trọng, càng có điều kiện lại có vẻ hay ốm. Hình như có gì sai sai mà bố mẹ việt bị quên khi yêu con sai cách. Nhìn về sức khỏe, thể lực, chất lượng thức ăn, đồ chơi, hàng họ đầy nhà của trẻ em việt ở quê hay ở thành phố sẽ thấy. Yêu sai cách co khi lại gây hại.

Trẻ phố yếu lắm, trẻ hiện đại yếu lắm, không thể học, suy, áp dụng máy móc cho các cơ thể khác nhau như vậy được.
Lâu lâu về quê ăn đồ ăn, vài người thành phố có thể bị tiêu chảy hay ngộ độc nhẹ, trong khi đó các anh chị em hay cháu ở quê ít bị.
Ta ở thành phố sạch ư? Tôi không tin lắm. Đồ ăn ta ăn, quán ta ăn mà nghĩ là sạch vẫn gây bệnh, ngộ độc tiêu hóa hay tiêu chảy cho các du khách nước ngoài vậy. Làm ở phòng khám quốc tế, thỉnh thoảng tôi đón cả đoàn khách du lịch bị tiêu chảy do ăn thức ăn của nhà hàng nào đó.

Nếu thiếu sắt có thể tự bổ sung vài ngày trong kỳ kinh.
Nên chọn bổ sung thuốc bổ. Hạn chế chọn thực phẩm chức năng vì những lý do sau.
- Chọn sản phẩm đăng ký là thuốc, là thuốc bổ. Thuốc bổ có số đăng ký VN, là thuốc phải chứng minh tác dụng dược lý, không kê đơn do có tính an toàn cao. Và được Bộ Y Tế đảm bảo về chất lượng và giám sát giá.
- Thực phẩm chức năng ( Supplement food) thực ra là thực phẩm, có tác dụng do có các thành phần rau, củ, quả và chất chiết xuất bên trong. Không có tác dụng thay thế thuốc chữa bệnh. Không bị giám sát nghiêm ngặt về thành phần bởi bộ y tế như thuốc, không bị quản lý nghiêm về giá. Không cần chứng minh tác dụng như quảng cáo cho cơ quan có thẩm quyền. Được quảng cáo thoải mái miễn là các thành phần trong đó có tác dụng như quảng cáo.
Ví dụ: viên thực phẩm chức năng mà có Magie, Rau diếp cá, dầu gan cá, Vitamin C; có thể quảng cáo như thần dược với tác dụng: Giảm táo bón, giảm đau, tốt cho hệ tiêu hóa ( do Magie và Rau diếp cá)
Có tác dụng giúp sáng mắt ( từ dầu gan cá)
Vô số tác dụng khác từ Vitamin C.
Cảm giác như thần dược, quảng cáo như thần dược để lấy giá cao; và thành phần hoạt chất có tác dụng mạnh thêm vào phải ở nồng độ thấp, thấp hơn mức tác dụng dược lý của thuốc thì mới có thể đăng ký là thực phẩm chức năng được. Khi quảng cáo phải có: "sản phẩm này không phải là thuốc, không có tác dụng thay thế thuốc chữa bệnh."
Thực ra: " Đây là thực phẩm chức năng, có tác dụng hay không thì chưa được cơ quan chuyên môn nào kiểm chứng" - đừng nhầm lẫn uống thuốc bổ với ăn thêm thực phẩm chức năng.
Cơ quan quản lý TPCN là cục vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm. Họ quản lý tất cả những thứ ta đưa vào mồm: bánh phở, thịt bò, rau sống, rau cải, bánh kẹo, hoa quả sấy và cả TPCN. 
Một số thực phẩm chức năng có tác dụng thật sự. Nhưng không có thực phẩm chức năng nào có thể thay thế được thuốc. Cần tỉnh táo và cân nhắc khi lựa chọn; đặc biệt là những bạn không mạnh về kinh tế.
Việt Nam là một xứ sở nhiệt đới với vô số rau xanh, hoa quả nhiệt đới quý hiếm và nhiều tác dụng tốt. Đừng lãng phí những nguồn cung cấp dưỡng chất quý này. 
Thực tế: đu đủ, dưa hấu, chuối ở Singapore, Hàn Quốc, Châu Âu, Mỹ đắt hơn Kiwi, Táo Mỹ, Nho Úc.


Tương tự như vậy: rau xanh, các loại rau bên các siêu thị nước ngoài luôn có giá cao hơn rất nhiều so với thịt gà, thịt lợn.
Nước ngoài: nghèo ăn gà, ăn lợn. Giàu và tiềm lực mạnh mới ăn được rau xanh, hoa quả nhiệt đới. Ngược lại hoàn toàn ở xứ ta. Họ trân trọng thứ ta bỏ đi.??

People and children in cities are better facilitated and fed than the people and children in the rural areas so that they lack some vital skills to deal with stress, people in cities are more stressed and get more mental illness than people live in the city. It is the skill, ability, and environment have directly and indirectly caused people stressed.

Under stress state, cardiovascular medication only makes the temporary relief. Because of me, because of you I always enjoy these chemicals in eating, receiving, getting, giving, sleeping and enjoying. Check it can be easy by doing on animals. Check it can be easy by observing the gen, mind, and health of the defect men: Nick Vujik, Hellen Keller, President Franklin Rosevelt, and millions of other people. We know too little about our brain- the king of the body and its state.

IN CHRONIC STRESS = ALWAYS READY FOR FIGHT AND FLIGHT:

Unfortunately, THE LEVEL OF STRESS IN THE MIND IS UNLIMITED, but THE PREPARE OF THE PHYSICAL BODY IS LIMITED. When the blood pressure high, glucose high, the organ may send the feedback signal for the brain to stop secreting hormones, and self-regulation mechanism activated. The brain still wants to raise the preparation of the body to a higher level to prepare for fight and flight. The brain may see other organs as the preventer or enemy. The immune system starts to attack its own organs: the autoimmune diseases. – Only the beta cell in pancreas be destroyed by the immune system – other strange, could not understand the mechanism of the autoimmune system: why it only attack ignorantly or intelligently attack one kind of cell, and let the nearby cell un-touch. Luckily, Meditation can help calm your mind, get inner peace. Moreover, the act of kindness, goodness, selfless action brings peace for all: doers, receivers, and watchers. At home, you can sit cross legs on flat, on a small cushion under the bottom to avoid falling backward or sitting on the coach; where you can have enough quiet and uninterrupted time. Practice daily five to ten minutes in a quiet place. Straighten your body like a feeling of direct force pulls from the head to make upright; then let the body relax in a straight position. Practice some of these exercises of observing. There are people practice meditation for the first time, a lot of thoughts jump out and disappear. It is normal because this is the normal function of the mind. Do not worry, just identifying and naming the thoughts of past, future, positive, negative, nonsense, selfish. After recognizing and naming, thought cannot be self-sustaining, thoughts only sustain when we let ourselves breed and chase the thoughts. Just recognize and name the thoughts then come back to the observing. Practice each of these exercises from five to ten minutes. Whenever you want to stay focus, you can practice the observing one of the following exercise.

Exercise 1: Observe the relaxation of the whole of the body.

Stop the thinking process; observing the comfort, relaxation, and lightness of the body. Just breathing in and breathing out with the observing. Practice for at least three to five minutes.

Exercise 2: Observe the breath.

Observe the breath in and out, inhalation and exhalation through the noses. Just recognize and observe the breath, do not try to control or adjust the breath. Observing, watching the breath, sensing the path of the breath. Feel the moving of the chest and abdomen when taking the breath. Practice for at least three to five minutes.

Exercise 3: Count the breath during meditating

With the position of sitting for meditation, breathe in count one, breathe out count one; next breath, breathe in count two, breathe out count two. Then breathe in count three, breathe out count three. Do count less than five and do not count more than ten. When count to ten, we can count back from one. Practice for at least three to five minutes.




Exercise 4: observe the lower abdomen
Observe the lower abdomen when breathing. Breathe in with the observation of moving of the lower abdomen and exhale the observation of moving lower abdomen. Watching the rising and falling of the lower abdomen. Practice for at least three to five minutes.

Exercise 5: Observe the lower body in meditating

Observe the lower body when breathing. From the chest down, observe and sense the sensations of the hands, feet, and abdomen. Just observe the parts of the body; just realize the sensation of that lower part. Observe them as empty space cavity moving with the breath. We can feel joy with the sense of lightness and empty. Practice for at least three to five minutes. If when you observe the body, thoughts appear, this is the normal function of the mind. Just realize the thoughts, do not follow thoughts.
